BMXA Entry Refund Policy

From 1 January 2018 the BMX Australia refund policy will be:

  1. Riders who have entered an event will be entitled to a medical-only refund for each event.
  2. Riders will have to produce a medical certificate to BMX Australia within 1 week of the last day of the event. Any applications for refund that do not provide a medical certificate within this period will forgo their right to a refund of any kind.
  3. Riders must apply for a refund via the correct form (BMXA website or other means as determined by BMXA) and provide all required information prior to deadline listed in 2. above. Any rider who applies but does not provide all requested information within this period will forgo their right to a refund of any kind.
  4. The refund will be for the entry fee only paid to BMXA - which does not include any online transaction processing fees paid to a third party via online entry transaction.
  5. Once the event officially starts riders are not entitled to claim a refund for injury. If injured in official practice as indicated on flyer or other means the right to refund ceases.
